Chuck nih seorg mamat yg bekerja dekat superstore "Buy More" sbg technician barang komputer..

Satu hari seorg agent CIA(dulu member chuck kat Stanford) curi confidential punye material (dlm bentuk berjuta2 image) dan destroy semua original copy.. Agent tuh x berjaya nak escape dari bangunan yg die curi data tuh, last2 kene tembak.. Tp sebelum die kene tembak, die sempat hantar semua data tuh melalui email.. Dan die hantar kat chuck x pasal2(sebenarnye ade sebab tp korg kene follow cerite nih sendiri)..

Chuck dpt email tersebut dan terus tgk content die (berjuta2 image) sampai habis dan terus pengsan..
Semenjak itu, kalau chuck nih ternampak org/bangunan/keadaan yg ada berunsur jenayah die terus akan terflash details jenayah tersebut kat kepale otak die.. So die sekarang nih dah macam computer yg ada maklumat confidential yg telah dimusnahkan oleh agent CIA sebelum nih..

CIA telah mengenal pasti chuck nih adalah penerima email agent CIA yg mati sebelum nih..
Tp diorg xleh wat ape2 kat chuck sbb hanya die saje yg ade maklumat2 yg CIA perlukan(kat dalam otak die haha).. So CIA arah seorg agent (Yvonne Strahovski) utk protect chuck.. Dan ade lagi sorg agent NSA turut serta.. Chuck pun sedia membantu in any case klu die terflash ape2 event jenayah yg mungkin timbul..
